Eligibility

Registered Family Child Care Providers and Licensed Group Family Child Care Provicers in Broome and Tioga Counties are eligible to enroll.

Legally Exempt Family Child Care Providers who care for at least one non-resident child receiving subsidy from the Department of Social Services and provide the care in their own home are eligible to enroll.
