Nutrition Outreach and Education Program (NOEP)

The Nutrition and Education Outreach Program (NOEP) provides assistance with food stamps documentation, appointment assistance and help navigating the DSS food stamp application process. A pre-budget screening for potential food stamp eligibilty is also offerred.  The NOEP Coordinator can arrange telephone interviews for food stamp applicants. The NOEP Coordiantor also travels to local food pantries and Mobile Food Van sites to distibute information on the NOEP services and to help families with soluntions to hunger.
