Special Education Services provides programming for children with identified disabilities, including speech/language therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, counseling, SEIT (Special Education Itinerant Teacher services), and integrated programming. Evaluations to determine eligibility for special education services are also available.
If you are concerned about your child's development, you may choose Family Enrichment Network as your child's evaluator, arranged through your local school district's special education office.
The integrated classroom provides the support of a Special Education Teacher for children who need this, in a setting with typically developing peers, for 3 1/2 hours daily.
Occupational Therapy is provided for eligible children, and improves fine motor coordination, upper extremity coordination, daily living skills, cutting/writing/drawing skills, and visual perception.
Physical Therapy services are available for eligible children, and provides interventions to improve gross motor skills. Physical therapy can help build skills needed to enhance a child's growth and development for a lifetime.
A Special Education Itinerant Teacher provides services in the child's home or preschool classroom, and helps families and teachers establish home/school environments that promote development and learning.

Speech and language services are available for eligible children. Speech therapy targets articulation, receptive and expressive communication, oral motor skills, fluency, and voice.
Family Enrichment Network contracts with the Horace Mann Elementary school in the Binghamton City School District, to provide an integrated UPK classroom for preschool children.
